Joe Berko and Michael Korine of Berko & Associates closed on two parcels of land that will be combined with other neighboring lots in a portfolio to develop a 358,000 square foot site along Queens Boulevard in Woodside, Queens (projected to be rezoned to nearly 500,000 SF).
