Starting from a very young age she erudite the family business and developed the platform and aspiration for real estate and management.

She has several years of experience and has brokered deals throughout Manhattan , all 5 Boroughs, Westchester and Long Island . Emily has cultivated and worked with multiple facets of real estate investment buyers and sellers on commercial properties. She has performed advisory, arranged acquisition, disposition, joint ventures, financing, and raised capital for various commercial real estate. Emily has worked on various transactions value ranged from $500,000 to $100,000+ million. She has been hired as a liaison to represent national banks or purchaser to facilitate and arrange commercial note sales and REO properties between national banks and cash ready investment procurers.
In addition to her brokerage; Emily manages for Ling Ping Ltd; a real estate entity. Emily supervises and maintains all leasing, acquisition, disposition, tax grievances, and operations. She possesses over 10 years of experience in property management for both residential and commercial sectors.
Emily manages her family real estate portfolio consisting of 15+ properties comprised of mixed-use, retail, and multifamily located in New York and New Jersey .
Emily holds a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate & Metropolitan Development and Minor in Communications from Baruch College , A City University of New York. In addition, Emily holds an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts & Communications from Westchester Community College . Emily is fluent in English and is conversational in Chinese. Emily is one of the founding board members (only female) of Baruch College Real Estate Alumni Club (BCREAC). She is also a Member of Asian Women Entrepreneurs and a Volunteer for New York Cares Hands on New York.
