Louise Scotti is a Senior Sales Person in the Finance and Capital Markets Group at Berko & Associates.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as Director of Business Development at Korine Venture Group, Ltd, a financial advisory firm engaged in capital raising and strategic solutions for small to mid-sized companies in a variety of industries including real estate, entertainment and technologies.
In 2010, Louise co-founded USA Equity Properties, specializing in the acquisition and rehabbing of residential properties in Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island. Louise is a former telecommunications engineer for Verizon and was also a district manager for a prominent men’s retailer.
She is a prolific writer of musical theatre and faith-based independent films. She is a graduate of the Broadway League’s Commercial Theater Institute.
