Berko & Associates successfully closed on the LP equity raise for a 105,500 SF mixed-use condo development on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The new construction property with feature 44 condos and ground floor retail spanning across over 76,000 SF of net rentable space along a coveted block in the area.
