Andrew Milbank, Co-Director of the Finance & Capital Markets Team at Berko & Associates, completed a financing transaction for a $59.6 million construction loan to complete the construction of The Residences at Glen Harbor, a 48-unit condominium project on Long Island.
The 165,000 SF project carries a 30-month term. The developer, Racanelli Construction is set to complete the project and open in Fall 2020.
