Berko & Associates is pleased to announce the sale of 1790 Marmion Avenue in the Bronx for $1.81 million. The property is a vacant, three-story, 5800 SF  building that used to be a  state-owned facility. The building will be converted to a residential property, capitalizing on the changing demographic in the Crotona Park neighborhood of the Bronx.

The property is located on Marmion Avenue, between Crotona Park East and East 175th Street, just four blocks from the 2 and 5 train stations.
